senior project manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our core pillar of Groups activity, Facility Management.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Managing and leading the technical team to ensure the successful execution of projects

• Developing and implementing technical strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives

• Ensuring the quality and efficiency of projects, as well as evaluating and improving technological processes

• Managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and fulfillment of requirements

• Monitoring industry developments and integrating new technologies

• Managing budgets and technical resources, ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements

• Preparing progress reports and presentations for senior executives such as the COO or CEO

• Making critical decisions, solving problems, and managing risks

• Organizing and negotiating, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Preparing and submitting reports on project progress and performance

 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant role

• Registered member of the Technical Chamber

• Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software

• A strong understanding of technical operations

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

• Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously and deliver results under deadlines

• Exceptional leadership,organizational, communication, and time management abilities

• Genuine enthusiasm for advancing a career in the renewable energy and facility management fields

• Valid Driver’s License
