- Εποπτεύεις και διαχειρίζεσαι την ομάδα και το πρόγραμμα Ποιοτικού Ελέγχου
- Αναπτύσσεις, εφαρμόζεις και διατηρείς πολιτικές, διαδικασίες και πρότυπα Ποιοτικού Ελέγχου
- Εκτελείς τις τρεις φάσεις ελέγχου, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της αξιολόγησης και έγκρισης υποβολών, δοκιμών και πιστοποιήσεων
- Συντονίζεις επιθεωρήσεις και ελέγχους για τη συμμόρφωση με τις προδιαγραφές του έργου
- Παρακολουθείς και αναλύεις δεδομένα απόδοσης ποιότητας
- Διερευνάς μη συμμορφώσεις, εκτελείς ανάλυση βασικής αιτίας και εφαρμόζεις διορθωτικές και προληπτικές ενέργειες (CAPA)
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με πρότυπα ISO, GMP και άλλες ρυθμιστικές απαιτήσεις
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τις ομάδες παραγωγής, προμηθειών και μηχανικών για την επίλυση θεμάτων ποιότητας
- Προετοιμάζεις αναφορές ποιότητας για τη διοίκηση και τις ρυθμιστικές αρχές
- Επικεφαλής εκπαιδευτικών πρωτοβουλιών για την ανάπτυξη της ευαισθητοποίησης και των δεξιοτήτων ποιότητας της ομάδας
- Αναπτύσσεις και διατηρείς πρωτόκολλα επιθεώρησης και δοκιμών

- 10+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση Ποιοτικού Ελέγχου, Πολιτικές και Διαδικασίες Ποιοτικού Ελέγχου
- Αξιολόγηση και Έγκριση Υποβολών, Δοκιμές και Πιστοποιήσεις Ποιοτικού Ελέγχου
- Συντονισμός Επιθεωρήσεων και Ελέγχων, Ανάλυση Δεδομένων Απόδοσης Ποιότητας
- Ανάλυση Βασικής Αιτίας, Διορθωτικές και Προληπτικές Ενέργειες (CAPA)
- Συμμόρφωση με Πρότυπα ISO, Συμμόρφωση με GMP, Γνώση Κωδίκων και Προτύπων Κατασκευών

Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Control Engineer for the Construction of the Student Halls in Crete (Rethymno) to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the Quality Control (QC) team and program
Develop, implement, and maintain QC policies, procedures, and standards
Execute the three phases of control, including submittal review and approval, testing and required QC certifications and documentation
Coordinate inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications
Monitor and analyze quality performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Investigate non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, or other relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with production, procurement, and engineering teams to address quality issues
Prepare quality reports for management and regulatory authorities
Lead training initiatives to enhance the quality awareness and capabilities of the team
Develop and maintain inspection and testing protocols
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction industry in quality control, with a minimum of 2 years in a QC Manager position
Experience in the areas of hazard identification, safety compliance and sustainability
Excellent command of MS-Office Suite and project management software
Knowledge of construction codes and standards, as well as relevant regulations
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and document deficiencies
Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
