Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις καθημερινές λειτουργίες του λατομείου, συμπεριλαμβανομένων εκσκαφών, γεωτρήσεων, πυροδότησης, εξόρυξης και εσωτερικών μεταφορών
- Αναπτύσσεις και εφαρμόζεις σχέδια παραγωγής, μεθόδους εξόρυξης, λειτουργικά προγράμματα και στρατηγικές κατανομής πόρων
- Παρακολουθείς και διαχειρίζεσαι τα αποθέματα πρώτων υλών, αναλωσίμων και εξοπλισμού ώστε να διασφαλίζεις τα βέλτιστα επίπεδα αποθεμάτων
- Αξιολογείς την ποιότητα και τα χαρακτηριστικά του παραγόμενου υλικού και συνεργάζεσαι με τις ομάδες Πωλήσεων και Εμπορίου για την προσαρμογή της παραγωγής στις ανάγκες της αγοράς και των πελατών
- Παρακολουθείς την απόδοση των λειτουργιών και εντοπίζεις ευκαιρίες βελτίωσης της παραγωγικότητας και των κόστους
- Συμβάλλεις στην αξιολόγηση και βελτιστοποίηση των εξορυκτικών δραστηριοτήτων λαμβάνοντας υπόψη γεωλογικά και ποιοτικά χαρακτηριστικά του κοιτάσματος
- Ετοιμάζεις τακτικές εκθέσεις λειτουργίας και απόδοσης
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με απαιτήσεις Υγείας, Ασφάλειας και Περιβάλλοντος
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώσεις Mining Engineering και Marble or Dimension Stone Quarrying
- Δεξιότητες Production Planning, Extraction Methods και Resource Allocation
- Εμπειρία Blasting και HSE Compliance
- Χρήση Microsoft Office Suite ειδικά Excel
- Ικανότητες Analytical Skills, Communication Skills και Interpersonal Skills
- Επάρκεια στην English Language Proficiency
- Μεταλλειολογία
