integrated management systems specialist

As an Integrated Management Systems Specialist, you will lead the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management Systems, currently implemented within the company, in accordance with the following standards:

• ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems

• ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management Systems

• ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems

• ISO/IEC 27001:2013 – Information Security Management Systems

• ISO 22301:2019 – Business Continuity Management Systems

• ISO 50001:2018 – Energy Management Systems

• ISO 39001:2012 – Road Traffic Safety Management Systems

• ISO 37001:2016 – Anti-Bribery Management Systems

• ISO 41001:2018 – Facility Management Systems

You will play a key role in ensuring the company's compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements, contributing to operational excellence, risk management, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve Management Systems.

• Monitor compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and legal requirements.

• Conduct internal audits and participate in external certification and surveillance audits.

• Manage non-conformities and oversee corrective and preventive actions.

• Develop, review, and update policies, procedures, and management system documentation.

• Deliver training and awareness programs to employees.

• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.

• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate Occupational Health & Safety activities and ensure implementation of corporate policies and guidelines at company level.

• Monitor and support ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) initiatives, collect relevant data, and prepare reports for the Group's central ESG function.

• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety legislation and ISO 45001 requirements while supporting alignment with the Group's sustainability and ESG objectives.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of management system standards and their implementation.

• Internal Auditor and/or Lead Auditor certification.

• Good understanding of relevant regulatory and legal requirements.

• strong knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken.

• Experience with Integrated Management Systems (IMS).

• Knowledge of Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning will be asset.

• Experience with Compliance Frameworks and/or ESG programs.
