The Enterprise – Solution Architect will be responsible for designing scalable technology solutions, lead system integrations, and drive architectural excellence across our expanding international portfolio, as we undergo digital transformation across our 5 subsidiaries with ongoing acquisitions.

As an Enterprise – Solution Architect you ought to be capable and efficient in handling technical requirements while maintaining strategic perspective. It is essential that you demonstrate a strong focus on delivering measurable business outcomes, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. It is anticipated that you will disseminate your knowledge and be committed to mentoring and growing the team. The professional holding the position is expected to thrive in dynamic, rapidly changing environments.

Duties and responsibilities:

Enterprise Architecture

• Design architecture blueprints supporting business transformation

• Lead technology platform selection and evaluation

• Monitor & safeguard proper implementation and adoption of architectural solutions

Solution Design & Technical Leadership

• Evaluate design proposals for their merits against alternatives, leaning on pragmatic, high-value solutions

• Oversee data pipelines (architecture & ETL) for operational reporting and business intelligence

• Architect complex system integrations across SAP, project management software, and business applications

• Add technical leadership to SAP modernization and system consolidation initiatives

• Evaluate cloud vs. on-premises solutions and architect transition roadmaps

• Conduct quality assurance and architectural reviews of software solutions

• Create & maintain technical documentation and operational playbooks

• Drive AI innovation and adoption across IT and business teams

• Mentor technical teams on architectural best practices

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field

• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution design

• Excellent command of the SAP ecosystem (ECC and S/4HANA) and Microsoft 365

• Experience with enterprise platforms (project management, document management, operational support solutions, workflow, integrations, DWH, BI)

• A proven track record of leading one or more major system consolidations or digital technology transformations is a strong plus

• AI enablement expertise will be considered as an asset

• Any architecture certification (e.g. TOGAF) is a strong plus

• Proficiency in English language (both oral and written)
