Aksia is seeking an early career marketing/communications professional to join our Marketing Publications team, which works closely with all teams at Aksia. This position will focus on driving Aksia’s various marketing and publications initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of material to clients and prospects. The analyst’s primary role will be to coordinate with teams such as Pan-Alts, Asset Class teams, and Legal and Compliance, managing concurrent workstreams to ensure Aksia is showcasing the latest and greatest material and research to the relevant external parties.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate efforts of teams for timely preparation and review of firm marketing materials and research publications by stated deadlines
- Assist drafting and preparing monthly emails to client and prospects
- Work with the legal and compliance team to ensure proper disclaimers and approvals are in place on all materials
- Maintain and report on client and prospect distribution lists
- Assist in the execution of planning events and conferences
- Assist with additional ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to think analytically and critically
- Strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and team player
