Aksia is seeking an Analyst to join its Private Credit team in Athens. The Analyst will play a critical supporting role in the day-to-day operations of the co-investment and direct credit platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated early-career professional to gain broad exposure to private credit investment, portfolio management, and institutional investment processes at a leading alternatives advisory and investment management firm.
Responsibilities
Data Management & Tracking
Maintain and update the deal pipeline and allocations on a daily/weekly basis, ensuring the accuracy of account-level data (including commitments, NAV, unfunded capital, and deal-level details)
Assist in preparing weekly Investment Committee meeting agendas, including compiling deal summaries, account eligibility analyses, and tracking outstanding action items
Prepare deal overview materials and eligibility analyses for new co-investment opportunities
Track post–Investment Committee decisions and coordinate with client operations and legal teams on allocation confirmations and documentation
Research & Analysis
Support the preparation of quarterly portfolio reports, client presentations, and marketing materials as needed
Administrative & Process Support
Maintain organized deal files and documentation across the co-investment platform
Assist with ad hoc analytical and operational requests from the broader Private Credit team
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, with a strong academic record
0–2 years of relevant experience (investment banking, credit analysis, or financial services internships considered)
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with macro-enabled workbooks is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Collaborative, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced investment environment
