Aksia’s Pan-Alternatives Reporting team produces client reporting deliverables across private markets and hedge funds, including quarterly reports, performance materials, reporting templates, and ad hoc analysis. The team works closely with client-facing and operations colleagues to deliver accurate, timely materials and, where needed, supports broader industry research papers.
Position Overview
Aksia is seeking an Analyst to join our Athens Team, who would be responsible for developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with large, institutional investors, bringing together the resources of the firm for the benefit of each client.
Responsibilities
Assist in updating recurring quarterly and ad hoc client reporting deliverables across private markets and hedge fund portfolios.
Review and work with portfolio, benchmark, and performance data provided by internal teams and external sources.
Update reporting templates, charts, tables, and supporting materials for client deliverables.
Work closely with senior team members to incorporate comments and support deliverables through completion.
Support ad hoc analysis and broader industry research papers as needed.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a strong academic record
0–2 years of relevant experience (investment banking, credit analysis, or financial services internships considered)
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with macro-enabled workbooks is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Collaborative, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced investment environment
