We are currently seeking a Senior Digital Data Analyst to join our digital data analytics team and play a key role in optimizing digital performance across our online channels. In this role, you will own end-to-end digital analytics, transforming data into actionable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making across teams. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our websites and mobile applications, working closely with internal stakeholders to enhance the overall customer digital experience.  What you will do:

• Own and deliver reporting on website and mobile app performance using modern analytics tools

• Analyze user journeys, funnels and behavioral data to identify optimization opportunities

• Support the design, implementation and maintenance of tracking strategies

• Build and automate dashboards and reporting solutions

• Analyze A/B tests and translate results into actionable recommendations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics initiatives and data-driven decision-making

• Generate, communicate, and deliver actionable insights that support informed decision-making and drive overall business growth

• Ensure data quality, consistency and proper documentation of analytics processes

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or Economics

• Fluency in oral and written Greek and English

• 3+ years of professional working experience in digital analytics

• Hands-on experience with GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio and GTM

• Strong understanding of tracking frameworks and data structures

• Military Service fulfilled (if applicable)

And you have competence in:

• Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Paying attention to detail and ensuring data accuracy

• Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

• Collaborating effectively within teams

• Demonstrating willingness to continuously learn and develop
