As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll join one of our technology teams working on either core banking and internal tools projects, enhancing and integrating systems such as Temenos, Finacle, or Flexcube or Low-code development projects using platforms like Appian, helping clients transform and automate business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality applications and system components.

• Build and integrate APIs, data flows, and workflows to support business automation and process efficiency.

• Work closely with business analysts and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Contribute to system enhancements, upgrades, and performance optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business and technical standards.

• Continuously learn and upskill in new technologies such as Appian or core banking platforms to stay ahead of market trends.

Qualification

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR? 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field.

• More than 3 years of experience in either Java, C/C++, C#, Python, etc.

• Experience with API development (REST, SOAP, or gRPC) and system integrations.

• Interest or experience in low-code platforms (Appian, Mendix, OutSystems) or core banking technologies (Temenos T24, Finacle, Flexcube).

• Understanding of banking processes such as Customer onboarding, Deposits Management, Loan Processing, Credit Origination, Product & Pricing is an advantage.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in collaborative, agile teams.
