As a Senior Mobile Engineer (Android or iOS), you will be responsible for build, test and maintain the infrastructure and tools also, to collaborate with other team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes. You will envision, estimate, define, build, and deploy Accenture’s solutions using standard delivery assets to improve clients' delivery approach.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of native mobile apps using Swift/SwiftUI/UIKit (iOS) or Kotlin/Jetpack Compose (Android)

• Make architectural decisions and define best practices for maintainable, scalable codebases

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences

• Drive UI/UX excellence using SwiftUI, UIKit, or Jetpack Compose, depending on the project requirements

• Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt

• Own and improve mobile CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and app deployment processes

Qualification

 WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

• 5+ years of experience building native iOS or Android applications

• Strong command of Swift (with SwiftUI and UIKit) or Kotlin (with Jetpack Compose)

• Proven ability to balance legacy code with the introduction of modern UI frameworks

• Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, threading, memory management, and design patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVI)

• Experience delivering apps to the App Store or Google Play, with a focus on performance and stability

• Skilled in leading technical discussions and mentoring less experienced developers

• Experience with mobile unit testing or CI/CD tools

• Experience leading adoption of new mobile technologies within a team
