Accenture’s Banking Strategy & Consulting team is seeking professionals to help deliver large-scale AI transformation programs. As part of this initiative, you will work with leading banks to design and implement Agentic AI and GenAI solutions that fundamentally reshape how banking operations function. You’ll play a key role in process analysis, business analysis, and defining the user stories and requirements that drive impactful digital change.

What You’ll Do

• Lead or contribute to AI-enabled transformation programs that reimagine core operational processes in banking.

• Perform business and process analysis to identify improvement opportunities and design future-state operating models.

• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and AI use case definitions.

• Engage with senior banking stakeholders to understand challenges and co-create AI-powered solutions.

• Provide project management and delivery support, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional Accenture teams to implement transformation programs successfully.

Qualification

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering from a top university.

• From 1 year of experience in consulting, banking, or operational transformation.

• Strong experience in process redesign, business analysis and digital transformation initiatives.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in Greek and English.

• Passion for AI, automation, and the future of banking operations.

• Domain expertise in back-office banking operations, specifically in Commercial Lending, KYC, Payments, or Custody Operations, will be considered a strong asset.
