As a Mobile Engineering Manager you will lead and grow our mobile development team. Be responsible for shaping the technical direction of our client’s mobile presence, managing a team of engineers, and driving the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Bring your passion in building scalable mobile solutions and mentoring talented engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of mobile engineers (iOS, Android, or cross-platform).
• Define and drive the technical roadmap for mobile development.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless mobile experiences.
• Ensure best practices in mobile architecture, security, and performance optimization.
• Drive engineering excellence by implementing CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality standards.
• Work closely with backend teams to ensure efficient API integrations and data flow.
• Coordinate with UX/UI teams to align on user experience strategies and visual designs.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and career development initiatives for the mobile engineering team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our mobile applications innovative and competitive.

Qualifications

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR? 

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android), or cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter, etc.).
• Experience with mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud services, APIs, and mobile security best practices.
• Proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
