RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement go-to-market strategies to enable commercial excellence.
Develop and optimize sales processes and operating models to improve revenue outcomes.
Create roadmaps for digital technology implementations, including CRM, CPQ (Configure-Price&Quote), TPM (Trade Promotion Management), SPM (Sales performance management) platforms.
Develop pricing strategies, operating models, and processes aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct analytics-driven assessments and business case development for pricing and sales transformation.
Enable platform-based solutions such as CRM, CPQ (Configure-Price&Quote), TPM (Trade Promotion Management), SPM (Sales performance management).
Collaborate with clients to design data-driven solutions for sales and pricing challenges.
Qualification
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in one or more areas: Sales Strategy, Pricing Strategy, Revenue Management, or Go-to-Market Strategy
1 year of Consulting experience, Consumer Goods, Industrials
Proven ability to work collaboratively in team-oriented environments with both clients and colleagues.
Analytical mindset to design innovative, data-driven solutions.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and/or German is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to interact with senior leadership as a trusted advisor.
Hands-on experience with enabling technologies such as CRM, CPQ (Configure-Price&Quote), TPM (Trade Promotion Management), SPM (Sales performance management) platforms.
Proven ability to manage a portfolio of work, including developing and driving opportunities in the sales and pricing domain
