Τι θα κάνεις
- Συντονίζεις και επιβλέπεις την ομάδα καθαριότητας, διασφαλίζοντας την τήρηση κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας.
- Ελέγχεις και προετοιμάζεις καθημερινά τις εγκαταστάσεις παραγωγής μετά την ολοκλήρωση της παραγωγής.
- Επιτηρείς την τήρηση των πρωτοκόλλων καθαριότητας στα κρίσιμα σημεία ελέγχου ποιότητας.
- Διασφαλίζεις την υγιεινή του προσωπικού και τη συμμόρφωση με τις εσωτερικές διαδικασίες καθαριότητας.
- Ελέγχεις τον μηχανολογικό εξοπλισμό σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις ποιότητας και ασφάλειας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Συντονισμός ομάδας καθαριότητας και διαχείριση πολλαπλών εργασιών.
- Τήρηση κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας, πρωτοκόλλων καθαριότητας και εσωτερικών διαδικασιών καθαριότητας.
- Έλεγχος κρίσιμων σημείων ποιότητας και διασφάλιση υγιεινής προσωπικού.
- Έλεγχος και προετοιμασία εγκαταστάσεων παραγωγής και έλεγχος μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού.
- Εργασία σε απογευματινή βάρδια.
