In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products within Motion business, with main focus on AC and DC Drives
Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to recognize their needs, promoting their understanding of ABB’s complete product/systems/ services offering, and aligning with them to provide a solution.
• Meeting short-term / long-term sales and revenue goals following team’s KPIs.
• Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
• Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicating value proposition to customers.
• Preparing offers and managing administrative procedures of sales processes (offer tools, invoices, letters of credit, communication with accounting etc.) based on ABB’s state’s guidelines.
Qualifications for the role
- University Degree in Engineering
- 2 years of experience in Sales or Sales Support
- Excellent command of Greek & English language
- Strong Computer literacy (e.g. MS excel, Outlook) - knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be considered a plus
- Ownership & Professionalism
- Strong communication and Negotiation skills
- A Collaborative, Customer-oriented approach
