In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the defined digital sales strategy in your specified market scope effectively, to improve ABB’s market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope. Each day, you will execute digital sales strategy and initiatives within the assigned scope to achieve both qualitative and quantitative digital sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by acting as a critical contributor to the digital customer base growth.
The work model for the role is: on-site
This role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries Division in Greece.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Driving Digital sales strategy and developing relative business by penetrating market based on Division's products and solutions
Identify and develop new potential digital markets, customers, and solutions
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Selling digital solutions to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions, following complete sales process tasks
Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships (including customers’ Digital stakeholders) to understand customer needs, promoting customer their understanding of full ABB’s complete product/systems/ services offering, and aligning with them to provide a solution

Qualifications for the Role:
Experience and solid networking in a sales role, preferably in the industrial or IT/OT sector.
Strong ability in building and selling digital solutions anticipating unexpressed customer needs.
Experience within software development lifecycle (design, architecture, development, and deployment) or IT technical sales is desirable. Knowledge of Cyber Security, Predictive Maintenance, Sustainability and Manufacturing Digital Applications are a plus.
Degree in Engineering, master’s degree in informatics/computer science will be considered a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools, salesforce as a plus
You are at ease communicating in Greek and English
You hold valid driving license and have ability to travel within Greece
