Job's Purpose
We are looking for a strategic and analytical PMO & Consumer Insights Lead to bridge the gap between commerce strategy, visual storytelling, and consumer insights. This role is crucial in translating business strategies into compelling visual narratives, managing research initiatives, and driving data-based decision-making processes that enhance brand and market performance. Additionally, this role will oversee project management office (PMO) responsibilities, ensuring efficiency in planning, execution, and governance of key marketing and research initiatives.

What you will focus on

      Project Management Office (PMO) Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and governance of marketing and research initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.

• Standardize and optimize project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

• Manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation to drive successful project outcomes.

• Prepare reports and dashboards to provide visibility into project performance and impact.

     Visual Strategy & Business Communication:

• Develop high-impact visual narratives that translate complex commercial strategies into clear and engaging presentations.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure insights and data-driven recommendations are effectively communicated through compelling visual materials.

• Support senior leadership in preparing strategic presentations for internal and external audiences.

• Ensure consistency and clarity in storytelling to enhance decision-making and stakeholder engagement.

     Consumer Insights & Market Research:

• Lead consumer insights and market research initiatives to support brand strategy, inform business planning, and provide actionable recommendations for marketing decisions, while collaborating with internal teams and managing research projects across timelines and budgets.

What you bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Market Research, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, strategy development, or project management within a marketing or commercial function.

• Excellent proficiency in data analysis, research methodologies, and consumer behavior insights.

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation tools to translate business strategies into engaging visuals.

• Experience managing budgets and agency relationships for market research projects.
