e-commerce assortment associate

As an E-Commerce Assortment Associate, you will ensure accurate and engaging product content across online platforms, collaborating with suppliers to maintain updated information. You will monitor competitors using analytics tools, support retail media activations, optimize assortments for fast-delivery platforms, and assist with customer inquiries related to product information.

What you will focus on 

• Update and optimize products content (descriptions, nutritional facts, multimedia elements, photos) to ensure visitors can find all relevant information to compare and shop

• Communicate with suppliers and use specialized platforms to find updated product content

• Monitor competition and use Adobe analytics to find data that will help the assortment optimization process

• Assist in retail media activations (ex. e-sampling)

• Aid in the assortment optimization for fast delivery platforms

• Support in answering customers’ questions or complaints regarding online product information

Who we are looking for

• Degree in Business, Economics, and/or Marketing. Related studies in E-Commerce, Computer Sciences or Digital Marketing will be considered an asset

• Prior experience of e-commerce merchandising in retail or FMCG, or experience in online content creation or product knowledge in food retail sector would be considered a plus

• Familiarity with UX/UI, web analytics tools and website content management systems or SAP will be considered an asset

• Fluency in English language both written and spoken

• Very good knowledge of MS Office
