The Marketing Lead / Head of Marketing is a strategic role focused on commercial, brand, content and social media marketing for the country. Reporting to the Regional Director of Growth &amp; Marketing, this individual will lead partnership relationships with merchants to develop co-marketing campaigns, execute social media campaigns together with local influencers, and create the content and assets needed for running local and hyper-local campaigns and initiatives, while ensuring that the country marketing adheres to global brand guidelines and is aligned with business objectives. This role involves understanding the growth levers for the country and investing where it makes the most sense, leveraging both local and global resources and channels, and optimizing for growth and efficiency.Our humble expectations<ul><li>Work closely with the Regional Campaign Planning team, as well as global marketing teams to ensure that the country marketing calendar aligns with global strategic initiatives</li><li>Form the marketing strategy for the country, taking into account OKRs and available budgets, and balancing local and global campaigns</li><li>Coordinate with local leadership and GMs, global marketing teams and commercial teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives</li><li>Identify and secure new partnerships, while nurturing existing relationships; participate in meetings with big accounts with the commercial team</li><li>Design and execute joint marketing campaigns with our partners to increase visibility and drive mutual growth</li><li>Execute social media campaigns by partnering with local influencers as well as with the Regional Brand team to ensure brand guidelines are enforced</li><li>Support Campaign Planning teams in city and area expansions</li><li>Oversee the creation of marketing materials and promotional content tailored for local campaigns</li><li>Lead a team of Marketing Managers/Specialists and support their development</li></ul>

To do this, you will make sure the Shift Leads have the knowledge and right tools to be able to run the store's day-to-day operations smoothly, this might include staying on top of freshness, inventory and stock management. You’ll be responsible for hiring, training, providing daily feedback and also holding 1v1 twice a year to grow the individual, go through performance and set new goals.Your day-to-day in this role:<ul><li>Leading, growing and motivating a team. Creating an environment where your colleagues can do their best work and have fun while working. You’ll get to plan team events with your team - something we aim to do a couple times a year.</li><li>Your main goal will be to consistently improve the way our stores operate with help from the Operations Team. Fast delivery and fluent operations consist of a large field of things, this is one of the key day to day operational tasks you’ll be working with.</li><li>Continuous participating in internal and external meeting&nbsp;</li><li>The role also includes a good collaboration and communication with other functions at Wolt to make sure we have a good selection &amp; right products on sale.</li><li>Monitoring shrink levels and control the amount of food that goes to waste.</li><li>Managing shift scheduling.</li><li>Handling incoming goods and order of the store.</li><li>Overseeing everything the store and colleagues need to enable fast growth.
