The Data Privacy Analyst ensures that the organization’s data handling practices comply with privacy laws and regulations. This role involves conducting privacy assessments, developing policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement privacy frameworks and mitigate data risks.Key Accountabilities• Participate in the implementation of the organization’s Privacy Framework and AI Governance Program.• Provide support and guidance to business functions on privacy-related matters, including reviewing new products, systems and services to ensure privacy by design and by default.• Participate in the development and implementation of data protection policies and procedures within the organization.• Work closely with the DPO on handling data subjects’ queries and requests.• Work closely with the privacy team members on risk management and mitigation, Incident Management and Data Protection Impact Assessments.Who you areTechnical and Professional Skills<ul><li>In-depth knowledge of data protection laws</li><li>Understanding of telecommunications operations, data infrastructure, and technology ecosystems will be considered an asset</li><li>Well-developed interpersonal &amp; stakeholder management skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels</li><li>Strong organisation skills, including the ability to manage time well and prioritize effectively. </li></ul>Education and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Law, IT, or a related field. Data Privacy Analyst

As a Legal Counsel you will actively contribute to the legal support of business initiatives and ensure compliance within the highly regulated Telecommunications industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team. You will actively contribute in supporting key business initiatives while ensuring compliance within the highly regulated telecommunications industry.Key accountabilities: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide strategic, actionable legal advice to cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Business). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage litigation cases, coordinate external legal counsel, and represent the company before courts and regulatory authorities as needed. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Draft and review Board of Directors and General Assembly minutes; support corporate governance and ensure compliance with corporate law. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist in public procurement procedures and public tenders (RFIs/RFPs). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Support implementation of the internal compliance framework and contribute to the development of corporate policies. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Advise on a wide range of legal matters including corporate, labor, GDPR, and IP-related issues. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Draft, review, and negotiate a broad spectrum of contracts and legal documents. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Participate in due diligence processes and M&amp;A transactions.Who you are• &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s Degree in Law from an accredited law school. Master’s Degree is considered as a &nbsp;plus. • &nbsp; &nbsp;4–8 years of proven post-qualification legal experience, gained in a law firm and/or in-house legal department..&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills • &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively • &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent Drafting and Negotiation Skills • &nbsp; &nbsp;Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken • &nbsp; &nbsp;Member of a Greek Bar AssociationNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
