Join our global TUI Musement People Services Team based in either France, Greece or Spain as a HR Administrator for People Services. This role is offered as maternity cover on a temporary basis from the 1st of June until the 30th of November and can be done from either France, Greece or Spain. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.A career to shape:&nbsp;Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.Broaden your network:&nbsp;We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams.Community:&nbsp;Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.ABOUT THE JOB<ul><li>Accurate processing of employee data and payroll (outsourced), including data entry, validation, and reporting in alignment with company guidelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and legal requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide general administrative support, including preparing employment documentation, managing forms, and generating various reports.&nbsp;</li><li>Administer candidates’ right-to-work documentation and manage pre-hiring processes, including offers and onboarding.&nbsp;</li><li>Process new hires and terminations in the HR systems and ensure timely communication with local authorities (e.g., tax and social security offices).&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in the HR system.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in process improvement activities and propose ideas to streamline document handling and information gathering.&nbsp;</li><li>Support globalization initiatives in People Services and collaborate on best practices with international colleagues.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to the digitalization and automation of HR administrative processes.</li></ul>ABOUT YOU<ul><li>Prior experience in an administrative role with payroll preparation is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.&nbsp;</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and strong analytical skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to handle and analyze large datasets with accuracy.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrates high integrity and confidentiality in handling HR information.&nbsp;</li><li>Proactive problem-solver, comfortable embracing and supporting change.&nbsp;</li><li>Enjoys working collaboratively within a team and autonomously when needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Fluent in French&nbsp;and English (both verbal and written).&nbsp;</li></ul>From a workplace to a place to belong.
