Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση δεικτών συνεργείου. Συμμετοχή στον έλεγχος τιμολογίων εξωτερικών συνεργατών.   Απαραίτητα Προσόντα: Απόφοιτος ΙΕΚ ή T.E.I. Τεχνολογικής ή Μηχανολογικής Κατεύθυνσης. You will be responsible for preparing the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statements, amongst other accounting schedules and reports. You will update the journals, ledgers, and other records of financial business transactions. You will verify this data for accuracy and prepare reports and reviews based on it. You will also design, modify, and maintain the computer-based accounting systems. You will be responsible for the adherence to and communication of the accounting and auditing policies and procedures. How You Will Achieve It Contribute to the completion of project milestones and organize own work to meet project task deadlines. Identify issues proactively and communicate to manager along with potential range of solutions. Prepare financial and accounting analysis completely and accurately. Maintain elements of domestic and/or international general ledgers including the preparation of journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date Work Instructions Collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues of diverse backgrounds, including different departments, cultures, business units and countries. Lead select activities involving the month end close, take initiative to understand complex problems and consistently meet deadlines with little to no assistance. Support the implementation of continuous improvement projects. Engage directly with business partners on routine activities and deliverables. Work independently to produce standard and regular reports as required for the operation. Assist in providing key support for internal and external related audit activities, including the timely and accurate delivery of audit requests. Prepare complete and accurate standard operating procedures and Sarbanes-Oxley related internal control documentation involving new activities and/or process changes as required. Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance Demonstrated experience (up to 2 years) in finance or accounting with the ability to deal with numbers accurately Verbal & written fluency in English Proven ability to maintain professionalism and possesses the ability to interface with all levels of colleagues Demonstrated advanced technical US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial reporting knowledge and experience Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Nice-to-Have Public accounting experience Enterprise Resource Planning {e.g. SAP} system experience System Application & Products and Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) experience Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Excellent oral and written communication skills    Please apply by sending your CV and a motivational letter in English. Working with a dynamic team of procurement experts, you will play an important role in negotiating contracts with suppliers for the procurement of goods, services and supplies. You will facilitate category management, purchase goods and services for ongoing operations and manage corporate services. As a Senior Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the procurement team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. How You Will Achieve It Contribute to the completion of projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets, and develop plans for activities on own projects. Apply appropriate strategic sourcing tools and educate local teams and stakeholders on best practices. Manage and support sites in the rapid resolution of supplier quality and material issues. Support project office activities to assure tasks are executed among team in quality and timely manner. Meet with finance representatives regularly to understand actual, forecast and planned expenditure to assess opportunities for assigned categories. Mediate to resolve service related issues with internal and external stakeholders. Support the analytical requirements defined by the reporting line, create key sourcing documents and identify the primary groups or key positions with which this position will have interaction. Engage with your counterparts in other teams to share knowledge and best practices. Assure compliance of corporate policies, local policies and procedures and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (also cGMP) Environment, Health & Safety (Local applications) and Sarbanes-Oxley.
