Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven&nbsp;Performance Digital Marketer&nbsp;to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role works within the Digital &amp; E-commerce team and aims at driving measurable results through various digital marketing channels.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, develop and execute performance marketing strategy plans to drive business &amp; brand goals across digital channels.</li><li>Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to meet business objectives &amp; targets, including budget allocation, targeting strategies and performance tracking.</li><li>Daily campaign monitoring &amp; management, including optimization techniques, based on best practices.</li><li>Analysis of marketing plans and identification of KPI’s for each project.</li><li>Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaign performance.</li><li>Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.</li><li>Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.</li><li>Identify and explore new growth opportunities and channels to expand our customer reach and digital sales.</li></ul>Competences:<ul><li>Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.</li><li>Strong project management skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Data-driven mindset and a passion for achieving measurable results.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or STEM field.</li><li>At least 2 years proven experience in digital marketing.</li><li>Hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (e-commerce and lead generation-oriented campaigns), META and TikTok adverts.</li><li>Google certifications (Search, Display, Video, Analytics) are a must.</li><li>Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Data Studio, Tag Manager, Google Search Console, MS Clarity.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.</li></ul>About SKY express:SKY express is a rapidly growing airline, enhancing connectivity across its expanding network.
