SingularLogic in the context of its continuous growth and development, is seeking for a high caliber and enthusiastic Support Coordinator&nbsp;to become part of our dynamic team in&nbsp;Athens.Main Responsibilities&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Contract &amp; Agreement Management (SLAs)<ul><li>Handover of the project from the PM who managed the implementation (e.g., contracts, acceptance protocols, team, technical analysis, etc.).</li><li>Creation of an electronic maintenance file for the project.</li><li>Monitoring and ensuring compliance with contract terms.</li><li>Analysis and management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), where applicable.</li><li>Identification of deviations and implementation of corrective actions.</li></ul>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Coordination of Teams Involved in Project Maintenance<ul><li>Knowledge of the technologies and infrastructures used in the project (e.g., cloud, networks, software, etc.).</li><li>Ability to coordinate internal support teams.</li><li>Ability to manage and coordinate services provided by vendors.</li><li>Familiarity with specific client agreements or requirements.</li><li>Identification and management of client requests not covered by the maintenance scope (Change Requests - CRs).</li></ul>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Cost &amp; Budget Management<ul><li>Monitoring contract-related costs.</li><li>Collaboration with the Sales department regarding billing of services.</li><li>Collaboration with Procurement and Presales teams for vendor agreements.</li></ul>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Communication &amp; Relationship Management<ul><li>Collaboration with various departments (e.g., Development, Consulting, Technical teams, etc.).</li><li>Maintaining strong relationships with clients.</li><li>Maintaining effective and positive relationships with suppliers.</li><li>Ability to handle crises and resolve issues.</li><li>Creation of reports and presentation of data to management.</li><li>Proposing improvements to maintenance processes.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Economics).</li><li>Experience in project management, even at the coordinator level.</li><li>Experience in IT contract management.</li></ul>Nice to have<ul><li>Certifications or training such as ITIL, PMP, or those related to procurement/contract management.</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptive</li><li>Problem solver</li><li>Communicator &amp; negotiator</li><li>Team player</li><li>Customer oriented</li><li>Attention to detail</li></ul>We offer<ul><li>Attractive remuneration package (depending on experience)</li><li>Personal Development and Training programs</li><li>Laptop and relevant equipment.</li><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Opportunity to develop your career and skills&nbsp;</li><li>Friendly working environment</li><li>Work-life balance</li><li>Hybrid work model</li></ul>
