Prepares Vessels’ PMS for external or internal audits by checking the reported works and the respective forms in order to avoid any deficiencies and maintain vessels’ high performance. Creates and maintains various reports on a regular or ad hoc basis regarding critical components for statistical and reporting purposes such as OPEX, budget analysis etc. and for the monitoring of PMS performance and the archiving of technical information. Provides training and technical advice to the shipboard personnel. Supports the technical department by utilizing data collection services, gathering data for all fleet and assisting in the decision making and budget control processes. Provides guidance in terms of precise spare parts implementation in Navision (PMS Tool) and contributes to the smooth operation of the supply cycle. Enters data in Navision to allow better maintenance & budget control. Provides any other related assistance to the Technical Director if/when requested. Responsibilities: Assists and provides support to the Technical Superintendents in organizing, coordinating, monitoring and following-up outstanding items related to the projects. Assists in organizing new projects and also maintains project plans and project schedules. Provides technical support and any additional technical documentation and assistance to shipboard personnel for the proper operation and maintenance of the vessels’ machinery and equipment. Responsibilities: Regularly visits company’s vessels to report on their condition and/or supervise repairs. Performs riding attendance as defined by the Maintenance Manager, including preparation for third-party inspections (e.g., terminals, port state, class, flag, P&I), always ensuring compliance with the company's safety, quality, and environmental standards. Responsibilities: Conducts Internal ISM/ISPS Audits and MLC inspections to assess the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the established controls and procedures. Prepares the vessels as required in order to comply with international auditing requirements. Supports the vessels through External ISM/ISPS Audits and MLC inspections. Drafts the Internal Audit plan/charter and prepares Audit reports. Keeps records of imposed Non Conformities/Observations from Internal & External Audits and follows up corrective actions in order to enhance the implementation of respective requirements. Monitors certificates, Internal & External Audit reports through Navision in order to ensure for the validity onboard the vessels and the will be carried out within the required interval. Responsibilities: Handles the assigned fleet’s C/P claims (off-hire / demurrage / other disputes) presented by / or to Charterers, collaborating with the Post Fixtures Officers team, as required. Controls hire and freight collection. Handles / follows up on undisputed balances, invoices against charterers’ hire statements and funds received from charterers and their balances. Monitors vessels’ voyage and daily operations to follow up on fixtures and potential claims. Prepares weekly and other relevant reports, as requested by the Post Fixtures Manager or the top management team. Checks and submits for approval the brokerage commission invoices and forwards same to the Accounting department for settlement.
