As a Brand Content Manager, you will play a key role in elevating brand leadership in Greece by designing and deploying brand building strategies across all channels.Your ‘day to day’:<ul><li>Lead brand building and embed brand guidelines in all commercial programs, projects and initiatives.</li><li>Create Brand Building campaigns and Consumer Events aiming to strengthen the emotional link between consumers and the brand, in alignment with consumer context and brand objectives.</li><li>Design and develop communication assets and narratives for internal and external activations</li><li>Participate in commercial programs, projects and initiatives providing brand deep expertise, from idea generation to go-to-market and execution.</li><li>Manage marketing agencies and third parties and follow-up on the day-to-day business with them to ensure good collaboration, impactful deliverables, fast execution and controlled cost of activities as part of marketing budget.</li><li>Identify key opportunities for local campaigns not included in the global calendar, based on expertise and knowledge of the local trends and business environment.</li><li>Liaise with Region and Central Category teams to ensure best-in-class design and implementation of global and regional mandates as to brand activation.</li><li>Continuously assess and monitor effectiveness of brand activations.</li><li>Control and analyze brand activities' budget on a systematic basis to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.</li><li>Ensure that execution of all brand activities are done by applying with “Marketing code” and applicable legislation.</li></ul>Who we’re looking for:<ul><li>7+ years of experience in Brand / Marketing role, ideally in a multinational or big local company with proved performance in developing meaningful marketing or communication campaigns.</li><li>Bachelors’ degree in Marketing/Communication, Business Administration or related fields.</li><li>Master in Business Administration/Marketing would be considered an asset.</li><li>Strong presentation skills and master storyteller.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English.</li><li>MS Office advanced capabilities &amp; good understanding in online tools.</li><li>Digital marketing &amp; social media strategies understanding.</li></ul>What we offer:Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress. What This Role Entails: &nbsp;Network<ul><li>Exploit business performance within the assigned retail network by designing and planning optimal business operational solutions that will have a positive impact on all Brand Retail KPIs (productivity, efficiency, customer service, experience) across all Brand Retail store formats.</li><li>Boost profitability of Brand Retail network across all retail store formats by evaluating the main store operations, achieving proper resource management (evaluation of the optimum number of personnel in accordance with store experiences) and developing monthly profit and loss statements in cooperation with key operator partner.</li><li>Analyze sales data and market trends to determine business decisions. Provide insights and recommendations to organization to maximize our impact. Translate national sales KPIs into district and individual stores objectives.</li><li>Identify opportunities for new stores’ locations (expansion/relocation), synergies with other channels and brand/retail driven events.</li></ul>&nbsp;Consumer Experience<ul><li>Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and productivity. Leverage consumer feedback to refine &amp; improve product positioning and messaging. Coordinate promotional events and product launches based on Brand’s strategy.</li><li>Work closely with planning, brand &amp; programs functions to ensure collaboration to achieve targeted business results with a consumer at the center approach.</li></ul>&nbsp;People<ul><li>Lead a retail organizational structure, motivating and aspiring the retail staff. Attract and engage talented people with retail experience to join our organization, based on retail network needs.</li><li>Manage the performance, development, training, and motivation of retail staff by demonstrating structured feedback to individuals to develop their skills and competencies. Conduct performance evaluations to further grow and empower people. Foster a positive and productive working environment.</li></ul>Collaboration/synergies<ul><li>Ensure effective collaboration, communication and alignment with internal stakeholders and various departments within the organization such as Retail Strategy department and Channel Planning department to develop an effective retail strategy, successfully deployed and ensure consistency in its action plan.</li><li>Ensure efficient implementation of approved plans, activities, and programs through collaboration with the respective project owners.</li></ul>&nbsp;Who we’re looking for:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>3-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational environment.</li><li>Proven experience in managing and analyzing KPIs.</li><li>Strong collaboration and leadership abilities, combined with strategic thinking, decision-making, and a focus on innovation.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.</li><li>Fulfillment of military obligations (if applicable). &nbsp;</li></ul>What we offer: Our success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
