By joining us, you will contribute to our mission of improving patients' lives worldwide.What You Will AchieveIn this role, you will:<ul><li>Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain talented employees, ensuring recruitment targets are met on time.</li><li>Source candidates, conduct interviews, and evaluate employment factors to meet business needs, utilizing innovative communication tools and techniques.</li><li>Manage the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive client and candidate experience while building consensus among internal teams.</li><li>Use judgment to modify methods and techniques, ensuring every stage of recruitment adheres to global operating procedures and best practices.</li><li>Integrate diversity into the staffing process, employing creative sourcing techniques for senior and mid-level positions, including direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, and external research.</li><li>Proactively manage candidate pools to keep qualified candidates engaged for current or future opportunities, overseeing the offer process for external candidates.</li><li>Project attendance and deliver high quality result.</li></ul>Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)<ul><li>Bachelor degree with 5+ years of talent recruitment relevant experience</li><li>Solid experience of talent mapping and sourcing, recruitment skill, strong stakeholders engagement and management capability, work delivery beyond expection.</li><li>Quick learner, fast action, deep thinking, exectuition excellence.</li><li>Positive and proactive with strong growth mindset, could drive for excellence</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills</li><li>Fluent Arabic and English written and verbal communication skillsBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)</li><li>Proficiency in using Workday or other applicant tracking systems</li><li>Strong background in recruiting, including direct sourcing and/or experience with recruitment agencies</li><li>Ability to manage high-volume recruitment for complex scientific roles</li><li>Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and social media/networking sites</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Strong relationship management skills</li><li>Ability to mentor and guide other colleagues</li><li>Experience in managing university recruitment strategies and programs</li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Work Location Assignment:&nbsp;On Premise</li></ul>Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.
