Assisting the Director, Food and Beverage to plan, organize and direct all processes of the outlet to ensure the outlet provides quality food and beverage service that is consistent with the SOPs, Forbes and LQA. Restaurant Manager | One&Only Aesthesis, Athens (10608)

The Director of Marketing and Communications is responsible for delivering commercially driven omnichannel marketing and communication strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, resort positioning, storytelling and content across owned, earned and paid media in key international markets. The Director of Marketing &amp; Communications must have a strong understanding of brand strategy, marcomms campaigns, digital marketing, creative storytelling, partnerships, PR and design. The Director of Marketing &amp; Communications will work closely with the Commercial Director, and all resort operational heads, to ensure marcomms activations are aligned with programming calendars and One&amp;Only global branding standards are maintained across all resort consumer and colleague touchpoints and channels.&nbsp;Key Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Marketing &amp; Communications strategies: Develop, create and execute integrated resort Marketing and Communication yearly plans for the resort and the outlets&nbsp;to drive brand awareness and booking conversion. Monitor and measure campaign performance to accurately determine top line impact and ROI. Campaigns should drive revenue across all departments i.e., rooms, experiences, wellness, F&amp;B etc.</li><li>Resort brand positioning: Drive the resort’s positioning statements, values and USPs working closely with Global Marketing &amp; Communications Team</li><li>Storytelling development and content creation: Develop storytelling strategies that include, but not limited to: brand partnerships, resort activations, programming, content creation, photo and video shoots, post production</li><li>Content distribution: Develop storytelling distribution across all B2C and B2B channels including, but not limited to: website, social, email marketing, press room, resort collateral, advertising, trade</li><li>E-commerce / Advertising: Execute print and digital consumer advertising campaigns</li><li>Agency management: In tandem with the Global Marketing &amp; Communications Team, build relationships and manage global agency networks including communications agencies, social media agencies, digital advertising agencies, CRM agencies.&nbsp;</li><li>Channel management: Drive channel integration, optimisation and management across SEO, SEM, website, social, CRM and acquisition campaigns.
