&nbsp;For our Operations in Greece we are currently looking for a&nbsp;Product &amp; Propositions Marketing Specialist&nbsp;to join our Marketing team.&nbsp;This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge in the payments industry, experience with Product Propositions Strategy &amp; Development, and the ability to eﬀectively communicate in both Greek and English.Responsibilities<ul><li>Definition of the product propositions and strategies for the overall Payments portfolio / initiatives, according to Nexi Group guidelines to offer best in class solutions to our merchants.&nbsp;</li><li>Owner of the product Payments propositions end to end process from conception, development and delivery to reporting, including pricing &amp; go to market plan and execution.&nbsp;</li><li>Define and deliver seasonal offerings addressing the needs of merchants’ payments solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Be the point of contact and main stakeholder with our partner bank and Group merchant acquiring functions and collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales, operations, marketing, and technology teams, to develop a prioritised product propositions roadmap.&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure all solutions adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor product performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics (incl. economics in collaboration with CFO team) and market penetration monitoring, making data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and drive growth.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive the adoption of new features and customer experience improvements by working closely with sales, account management, and customer support teams.</li><li>Owns and analyzes&nbsp;customer data (NPS customer analysis, complaints, social media comments, etc.) from all available sources (Customer feedback and Operational data reports) regarding experience and level of service.</li><li>Accountable for prioritizing and coordinating CX interventions, ensuring stakeholder engagement and contribution towards an optimal customer experience at all touchpoints.</li><li>Conduct the monthly competition report of the overall merchant payments category, including POS terminals, e-commerce solutions and payments propositions.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and guide product proposition roadmaps.&nbsp;</li><li>Preparation of product and services pitch and presentations.&nbsp;</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Marketing, Business or Finance field&nbsp;or/and product design</li><li>4-5 years of experience in the same (Fintech / Payments) or relevant industry (Telcos), with proven experience in product propositions strategies/ analysis</li><li>Proven experience in product proposition offerings and pricing models and analysis&nbsp;</li><li>Strong experience in a dynamic product propositions management role</li><li>Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle</li><li>Highly effective cross-functional team management</li><li>Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies</li><li>Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Italian language will be considered as an asset)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>Other Skills<ul><li>Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders from within and outside the organisation</li><li>A real self-starter personality with strong analytical skills, demonstrating expertise in devising best in product and propositions initiatives as well as delivering results at scale.</li><li>Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Results oriented, problem solver and able under your own initiative and navigate effectively through ambiguous situations.</li><li>Accountable for delivering the assigned projects end2end with minimal guidance.&nbsp;</li></ul>What’s in it for You?<ul><li>Attractive salary and a competitive benefits package&nbsp;to reward your expertise and contributions&nbsp;</li><li>Tech equipment:&nbsp;Get the tools you need to succeed, including the latest technology to support your work</li><li>Join an international team:&nbsp;Collaborate with experts from across Europe and bring your ideas to life in a dynamic, global environment&nbsp;</li><li>Grow and develop:&nbsp;Gain hands-on experience and structured training through our&nbsp;PayTech University, designed to accelerate your career and help you reach your full potential</li><li>Hybrid&nbsp;way of working</li><li>Medical&nbsp;benefits including Life &amp; Health insurance, Annual Check Up&nbsp;</li><li>Company Blood Bank</li><li>Meal&nbsp;Vouchers</li></ul>
