This role provides you with the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, combining work from home and from the office. Your local team will be based in Greece, and you will be part of a team of IT Business Analysts that counts more than 20 members. Your key responsibilities in this role will be<ul><li>Serving as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow</li><li>Developing requirements specifications according to guidelines under support and supervision of another Team Member</li><li>Understanding software development lifecycle and payments processing</li><li>Taking part in sessions/ meetings in order to better understand business needs and be able to document them</li><li>Eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis</li><li>Translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for the IT organization, and managing changes to such requirements</li><li>Working in cooperation with various teams in the IT organization such as developers, architects test analysts and project managers</li><li>Working on moderately complex projects with moderate to high breadth of responsibility</li></ul>What makes you the best person for this job?As you read about the role, are you eager to learn more? Qualifications needed to be successful in this role<ul><li>At least 1 year of related experience as Business Analyst</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree (a master’s Degree will be considered an advantage) on following subjects: Computer science/information technology, information management systems, business information systems, electrical/electronic engineering, mathematics or science</li><li>ECBA™ certification would be considered as advantage</li><li>Very good command of English language</li><li>Practical experience in business analysis and specifications for new or modified systems</li><li>Knowledge of the Card industry (Issuing, acquiring, POS, payment schemes) will be considered an asset</li><li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project</li></ul> Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out<ul><li>Working effectively with others in a team environment while enhancing a positive atmosphere</li><li>Strong ability to interpret a business need and evaluate all options to identify potential solutions</li><li>Practical experience in business analysis and specifications for new or modified systems</li><li>Knowledge of the Card industry (Issuing, acquiring, POS, payment schemes) will be considered an asset</li><li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project</li><li>Excellent command of English language</li><li>Excellent communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
