Job Description:<ul><li>Become part of the company’s in house Legal Department and support the department’s Head in various legal matters.</li><li>Review and draft legal documents and contracts. &nbsp;</li><li>Conduct legal research in various aspects of law including, real estate, partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions locally and internationally.</li><li>Manage various projects and ensure compliance with law regulations and licensing.</li><li>Collaborate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies locally and internationally.</li><li>Represent the company before courts of law and government departments when necessary.</li></ul>Skills and experience:<ul><li>Licensed Attorney with relevant experience, preferably in a multinational environment.</li><li>Knowledge of civil law, commercial law, and Real Estate Law.</li><li>Knowledge of EU commercial law, GDPR, and ability to research in the various legal platforms locally and internationally.&nbsp;</li><li>Willingness to take on new projects and assume responsibility.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. &nbsp;</li><li>Excellent command of written and spoken professional English, additional languages are advantageous.</li><li>Computer literacy, good use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li></ul>
