In 2019, we established our first Shared Service Center (SSC) in Greece, with the goal of streamlining and optimizing financial operations for our entities across Europe. We are committed to enhancing our cash flow strategies, analyzing payment patterns, and identifying risks through data-driven insights. As part of this transformation, we are establishing a dedicated Collections team to further strengthen our collections process and contribute to the success of our finance teamWe are actively looking for Italian-speaking professionals to join our international collection team and support our entities across the Italian phone region.&nbsp;What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>Hybrid work model</li><li>A dynamic, multicultural team with opportunities for personal and professional growth</li><li>Access to continuous learning and development programs</li><li>Health insurance and other benefits tailored to your needs</li><li>Recognition as part of a Great Place to Work company culture</li><li>The chance to work in a global environment, collaborating with colleagues from across Europe and beyond</li></ul> &nbsp;Your Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in the collection of outstanding debts through effective communication via phone and email</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account statuses in our CRM system</li><li>Send Statement of Accounts and dunning letters</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues impacting collections (payment behavior, billing issues, credit notes, …)</li><li>Identify and escalate complex account issues to appropriate team members</li><li>Prepare and present reports on collections activities and account statuses to management</li><li>Support the overall goals of the finance team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul> &nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is a plus</li><li>0-2 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Collections, Credit, or related financial services roles</li><li>Fluency in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)</li><li>Experience with ERPs (SAP experience is a plus)</li><li>Competent knowledge in Microsoft Office and/or Google Sheets</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing situations and willingness to learn</li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer relations</li><li>A proactive, solution-oriented approach to tasks</li></ul> Why Join Imerys?At Imerys, we believe in fostering a work environment where employees can thrive.
