As part of our ongoing growth, Imerys is redesigning its Credit Management structure, focusing on harmonizing and standardizing processes, while adapting credit policies across Europe. As part of this transformation, we are establishing a dedicated Collections team to further strengthen our collections process and contribute to the success of our finance team.We are actively looking for a French-speaking professional to join our international collection team and support our entities across the Francophone region.What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>Hybrid work model</li><li>A dynamic, multicultural team with opportunities for personal and professional growth</li><li>Access to continuous learning and development programs</li><li>Health insurance and other benefits tailored to your needs</li><li>Recognition as part of a Great Place to Work company culture</li><li>The chance to work in a global environment, collaborating with colleagues from across Europe and beyond</li></ul> &nbsp;Your Responsibilities<ul><li>Contact customers via phone and email to follow up on unpaid invoices</li><li>Send Statement of Accounts and dunning letters</li><li>Identify and resolve payment or billing issues in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all interactions and payment commitments</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues impacting collections</li><li>Prepare and present reports on collections activities and account statuses to management</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate collections and resolve any disputes</li><li>Assess customer payment behaviors, identifying potential financial risks early</li><li>Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and negotiation techniques</li></ul> &nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>&nbsp;Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is considered as a plus</li><li>+4 years of relevant experience in Accounting/ Collections/ Credit or related financial services roles</li><li>Fluent in English and French (any other language is considering as a plus)</li><li>Experience with ERPs (experience with SAP will be a plus)</li><li>Working knowledge in Ms Office and/ or G sheets&nbsp;</li><li>Leadership experience or previous mentoring of junior team member</li><li>Having worked in a SSC environment would be a key asset</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate with key accounts</li><li>Team management skills, with a focus on building a collaborative and motivated team</li><li>Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients</li><li>Expertise in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies</li><li>Comfortable working with targets</li></ul> &nbsp;Why Join Imerys?At Imerys, we believe in fostering a work environment where employees can thrive. Collections Specialist (French Speaker)

In 2019, we established our first Shared Service Center (SSC) in Greece, with the goal of streamlining and optimizing financial operations for our entities across Europe.
