Assistant Auditor | Rhodes

We are seeking an experienced&nbsp;Senior Data Modeler &amp; BI Developer&nbsp;to support the migration and optimization of complex reporting systems to Microsoft Fabric. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and the client to design, implement, and adapt BI reports and data models, ensuring a smooth transition from SSAS-based structures to modern Fabric architecture. This role requires strong expertise in data modeling, BI tools, and Microsoft technologies, combined with a hands-on approach and strong problem-solving skills.The key responsibilities of this role will include:<ul><li>Analyzing existing SSAS structures (tables, connectivity, basic measures etc)</li><li>Documenting existing reports, including required tables, fields, and measures</li><li>Designing and implementing Data Marts and semantic models in Microsoft Fabric</li><li>Adapting and migrating reports to the new environment, ensuring proper integration with Fabric models</li><li>Conducting reconciliation and testing to ensure accuracy and data consistency</li><li>Collaborating daily with client teams onsite, ensuring alignment and smooth project execution</li><li>Providing technical guidance to junior team members and ensuring best practices in BI and data modeling</li></ul>Who You Are: Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in BI development and data modeling</li><li>Strong knowledge of SSAS (Multidimensional &amp; Tabular models)</li><li>Proven experience in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Data Mart architecture</li><li>Expertise in developing semantic models and optimizing data structures</li><li>Hands-on experience in similar SSAS to Fabric migration projects</li><li>Solid understanding of testing, reconciliation, and validation processes</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate onsite with client teams</li><li>High work ethic, attention to detail, and focus on quality deliverables</li><li>Motivation for continuous learning and development</li><li>Fluent in English &amp; Greek (written and verbal)</li><li>Military Obligations completed (if applicable)</li></ul>Bonus points:<ul><li>Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate</li><li>Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate</li><li>Microsoft Certified: Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate</li><li>Other relevant certifications in BI and Microsoft technologies</li></ul>What’s in it for You?At Grant Thornton Greece, we believe that great work deserves great rewards!
