The key responsibilities of the Sustainability Advisor will include (depends on the level) :<ul><li>Engagement in ESG &amp; Sustainability projects, working in teams of qualified and highly motivated professionals</li><li>Effectively manage the development of Sustainability reports under international standards (such as ESRS, GRI, SASB)&nbsp;and practices</li><li>Identify and respond to clients’ requests and needs in a timely, professional manner</li><li>Perform market researches and prepare presentations for internal information or for clients</li><li>Be a key contributor in assessing and selecting ESG data, indices and analytics for client’s sustainability reports or rating agencies requirements</li><li>Participation in ESG &amp; Sustainability Thought Leadership initiatives</li><li>Combine analytical skills and ESG expertise to provide critical insight and contribute our ESG business development strategy, implementation and management.</li><li>Maintain awareness of global ESG trends, new standards, tools, certifications, and KPIs, and share updates and implications with our ESG leaders</li><li>Deliver work of highest quality, documented in accordance with our company’s standards</li><li>Deliver excellent client service and maintain highest standards of business ethics.</li></ul>The key requirements of this role are:<ul><li>Experience in similar position, preferably in a consulting firm or a ESG/Sustainability division of an organization in Greece or abroad (the level depends of each candidate's experience)</li><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental / Economic / Business Administration / Human Resources / International Studies</li><li>Knowledge of ISO management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of International&nbsp;Standards (such as&nbsp;ESRS, GRI, SASB,&nbsp;TCFD,&nbsp;CDP, EcoVadis,&nbsp;United Nation Global compact, ISO 26000, OECD guidelines, AA1000)</li><li>Any related certification will also be highly appreciated</li><li>Fluent written and spoken English essential, knowledge of other languages a plus</li><li>Expertise In use of Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI</li><li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills</li><li>Well-organized, structured and meticulous</li><li>Thorough and methodical approach to work</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with a desire to work with diverse cultures</li></ul>What’s in it for You?At Grant Thornton Greece, we believe that great work deserves great rewards! The key responsibilities of the Risk Management Consultant will include:<ul><li>Participating in a broad range of Risk Management advisory or assurance related projects.</li><li>Planning, directing, and completing risk assessments, business process and internal control reviews, development of ERM frameworks, designing risk appetite frameworks, regulatory compliance reviews or regulatory frameworks readiness assessments regarding the Risk Management functions, preparation of Risk reporting packages.</li><li>Implementing risk management solutions aligned to the client’s vision and strategic priorities;</li><li>Working in teams of qualified and highly motivated professionals</li><li>Interacting on a frequent basis with customers</li><li>Delivering excellent client service</li><li>Working collaboratively with other lines of service and practice areas to deliver other services</li><li>Maintain highest standards of business ethics</li><li>Depending the induction level of the candidate, the position responsibilities will include the project planning, fieldwork execution or review, the completion project procedures, as well as client presentations preparation or delivery. Market researches and participation in the departmental business development activities is also part of the responsibilities for all levels</li></ul>For whom we’re looking for:<ul><li>A minimum 4 years experienced in similar position, preferably in an auditing/consulting firm, financial or private sectors</li><li>Someone who holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Exact or Applied Sciences.
