This is a career-defining opportunity to lead two of our most iconic plant-based brands — Violife and Viofast — across Greece and Poland. As our Brand Manager, you’ll own the full P&amp;L and be empowered to drive strategy and execution across the full marketing mix. From insight-led innovation to campaign development, packaging, and commercial alignment, you’ll shape the future of plant-based nutrition in two dynamic markets.You’ll report directly to the Regional Marketing Lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, RGM, Category, R&amp;D and Global Leadership. This is a high-accountability role for someone who thrives on ownership, agility and impact — and is ready to grow with the brands.Key responsibilities include:Brand Strategy &amp; Growth<ul><li>Build and implement brand strategies aligned with local and global direction</li><li>Develop consumer-first growth plans across the 6Ps, rooted in insight and market trends</li><li>Lead new product development and go-to-market plans, ensuring timely and impactful launches</li><li>Oversee portfolio performance and RGM initiatives to drive profitability and reduce complexity</li><li>Build joint business plans and selling stories for key retailers in Greece and Poland</li><li>Define brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints</li><li>Develop seasonal and thematic activations (e.g., holiday recipes, sustainability campaigns)</li><li>Represent brand plans to Global Leadership and senior internal stakeholders</li><li>Lead development of business cases for new products, campaigns and line extensions</li></ul>Performance, Budget &amp; Activation<ul><li>Monitor brand performance using KPIs and market data (e.g., Nielsen, GfK)</li><li>Use data to drive decision-making and establish scorecards across functions</li><li>Manage A&amp;P budgets with a focus on ROI across media, digital and in-store activations</li><li>Track marketing budgets and manage invoices related to brand activities</li><li>Report campaign performance and assess impact against business goals</li><li>Own the full P&amp;L for Violife and Viofast across Greece and Poland</li></ul>Product &amp; Packaging Development<ul><li>Support development of new food products and line extensions</li><li>Assist in packaging design and updates, ensuring compliance with food regulations</li><li>Coordinate sensory evaluations and taste tests with internal teams or agencies</li><li>Work with regulatory teams to ensure packaging and communications meet safety and labelling laws</li><li>Manage updates to nutritional information, ingredient lists and claims</li></ul>Marketing Campaign Execution<ul><li>Plan and execute ATL (TV, radio, print) and BTL (in-store, sampling, events) campaigns</li><li>Collaborate with digital teams on social media and influencer marketing</li><li>Track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement and ROI</li></ul>Cross-functional Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, RGM, Category and R&amp;D teams</li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration</li><li>Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, RGM, Category and R&amp;D teams</li></ul>Consumer &amp; Market Insights<ul><li>Conduct consumer research to understand food preferences and emerging trends</li><li>Translate insights into compelling brand propositions and strategic initiatives</li><li>Analyze market data to track brand performance and category dynamics</li><li>Monitor competitor products, pricing and promotional strategies</li></ul>Project Leadership<ul><li>Lead and coordinate projects across departments with agility and ownership</li><li>Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and innovation pipelines</li></ul>What Does It Take to Be Successful?We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded brand leader with a passion for plant-based food and a drive to deliver results across diverse markets.<ul><li>Strategic &amp; Hands-On: Balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution</li><li>Commercial Mindset: Experience working with cross-functional teams and retailer partners</li><li>Data-Driven: Make decisions based on insight, KPIs and market performance</li><li>Collaborative Leader: Build trusted relationships across internal and external teams</li><li>Creative Problem-Solver: Bring fresh ideas and a “can-do” attitude to every challenge</li><li>Growth Mentality: Curious, adaptable and focused on progress — every single day</li><li>Fluent in English; Polish language is a plus</li><li>Willing to travel part-time to the Polish market</li></ul>

Brand Manager

Reporting to the Flora Professional Sales Lead, the Culinary Technical Advisor is a key member of the sales team who participates in designing and implementation of customer-focused culinary solutions, for both the commercial food service chain and manufacturing sectors.This is both an internal and external customer-facing role, and success requires on-trend culinary knowledge and the ability to bring this to life. Extensive experience in working within the hospitality industry is required, with further experience working with major players on the Greek market.The right candidate will have a proven track record of success in the Greek hospitality sector, developing recipes and menu solutions, along with an extensive customer network within the sector. &nbsp;Main responsibilities:<ul><li>Daily visits to existing and new customers to present the uses and capabilities of the company's products.</li><li>Leading and conducting of knowledgeable and inspirational culinary education sessions for key customers and our sales team, both to enhance appreciation of Flora’s product range and versatility, and drive sales growth.</li><li>Regular time spent working with customers to gain an insight into their business from a culinary perspective, which can be explored for growth.</li><li>Representing Flora within the wider culinary sector, sharing ideas for growth and opportunity for expansion.</li><li>Support the development of the Flora recipe database as an effective and relevant tool.</li><li>Develop suitable recipes that support our culinary program, in a suitable timescale to maximize usage opportunity. Monitor and follow through each piece of activity, with the sales team to understand the impact and uplift of sales and give recommendations on which activities to focus on.</li></ul>&nbsp;So, what does it take to be successful in this role?You have a degree in Culinary Arts, as well as extensive and relevant culinary knowledge and experience working with a variety of Greek Commercial &amp; Social Chains, Pubs &amp; Restaurants or mass catering businesses (HoReCa).Ability to take insights and develop culinary sales solutions and be a highly engaging demonstrator with the ability to inspire.It is also necessary to have a very positive attitude, are able to influence &amp; convince and are able to see and seize opportunities when they present themselves.A passion for and high-level of knowledge of food and the food service industry.An articulate self-starter: knows what needs to be done and how to make it happen at pace.Ability to travel (driver's license is necessary).&nbsp;&nbsp;What’s next?If this position sounds interesting, please hit the apply button now!&nbsp;
