Head of AcademyEverllence Hellas Ltd is looking for a&nbsp;Head of PrimeServ Academy in Piraeus.&nbsp;We can offer you the following tasks<ul><li>Cascade targets and relevant communication throughout the department and organization</li><li>Meetings with Sales Dpt. to customer premises regarding technical suppor</li><li>Coordination of Academy and Technical Instructors/ Coordinators&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible to support the growth strategies within the region</li><li>Develop and implement marketing plans in coordination with the sales budget.</li><li>Business Review / Reporting in a structured and professional manner.</li><li>Organize and conduct of theoretical &amp; practical training courses at PrimeServ Academy Piraeus and external training locations.</li><li>Develop trainings including didactics, manuals, questionnaires and training-related material.&nbsp;</li><li>Plan the Qualification Process technical update of technical instructors according to the management’s instructions.</li><li>Organize and plan Academy’s daily operation.</li><li>Plan Academy’s hardware (electronic equipment, hand-tools, safety gear, manuals, classes, etc.) for the adequate execution of existing and future courses.</li><li>Ensure safety of training’s participants and security of Academy’s premises.t</li></ul>You can help us with these qualifications<ul><li>University Diploma or Technological Institute degree in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering or Automation</li><li>Master in Marine Engineering or Maritime Operations would be considered as an asset Previous experience in shipping industry (experience in Main Engines’ operation &amp; maintenance and/or experience in marine engines performance and electronic systems)</li><li>Able to liaise and communicate at all levels in the business</li><li>Methodical &amp; pays attention to detail, organizational skills</li><li>Eager to share and pass on knowledge to team and participants</li><li>Results driven, ability to develop and retain key business ,consultant and customer relationships</li><li>Fluency in English, both oral and written</li><li>MS office literacy and excellent IT skills</li><li>Strong Communication Skills and excellent presentation skills</li><li>Customer focused, results oriented, high self-motivated and self-organized</li><li>Ability to multitask and deliver results in a timely manner</li><li>Ability to work in a team</li></ul>Benefits &amp; Learning Opportunities<ul><li>Attractive re-numeration package and benefits</li><li>Continuous training opportunities</li><li>Work in a challenging multinational environment</li></ul>
