Ο ρόλος του Συμβούλου Υποστήριξης Εφαρμογών Λογιστικού Γραφείου είναι η διαχείριση και εξυπηρέτηση αιτημάτων που αφορούν στη χρήση των εφαρμογών της Epsilon Net για τα Λογιστικά Γραφεία και τα Λογιστήρια εταιριών. Ο μεγαλύτερος όγκος των αιτημάτων εξυπηρετούνται τόσο τηλεφωνικά, όσο μέσω livechat και των social media, αξιοποιώντας όλα τα σύγχρονα εργαλεία της σύγχρονης εποχής, διασφαλίζοντας ταυτόχρονα την άρτια εξυπηρέτηση και εκπαίδευση των πελατών μας.Η καθημερινότητα του τμήματος μας είναι γεμάτη προκλήσεις, γνώση και συνεργασία.
