As a Legal Counsel you will actively contribute to the legal support of business initiatives and ensure compliance within the highly regulated Telecommunications industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team. You will actively contribute in supporting key business initiatives while ensuring compliance within the highly regulated telecommunications industry.Key accountabilities: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide strategic, actionable legal advice to cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Business). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage litigation cases, coordinate external legal counsel, and represent the company before courts and regulatory authorities as needed. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Draft and review Board of Directors and General Assembly minutes; support corporate governance and ensure compliance with corporate law. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist in public procurement procedures and public tenders (RFIs/RFPs). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Support implementation of the internal compliance framework and contribute to the development of corporate policies. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Advise on a wide range of legal matters including corporate, labor, GDPR, and IP-related issues. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Draft, review, and negotiate a broad spectrum of contracts and legal documents. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Participate in due diligence processes and M&amp;A transactions.Who you are• &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s Degree in Law from an accredited law school.
