As a fitness instructor will be responsible for designing, leading, and conducting fitness classes and programs for hotel guests. Your role will involve creating engaging and effective workouts tailored to various fitness levels, ensuring a safe and motivating environment for guests to achieve their health and wellness goals. Key Responsibilities: Design and Implement Fitness Programs: Develop diverse fitness programs suitable for guests of varying fitness levels, preferences, and goals. This includes conducting group fitness classes, individual training sessions, and possibly outdoor activities. Lead Fitness Classes: Instruct and lead fitness classes such as yoga, aerobics, Pilates, strength training, and other group exercises. Motivate and guide participants, ensuring their safety and proper technique during workouts. Provide Personal Training: Offer personalized fitness assessments and one-on-one training sessions for guests seeking individualized workout plans, focusing on their specific needs and goals. Maintain Equipment and Facilities: Ensure all fitness equipment is in proper working condition, clean, and safe for use. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department. Offer Health and Wellness Advice: Provide advice on nutrition, lifestyle, and general health to guests, promoting a holistic approach to fitness. Create a Welcoming Environment: Foster a friendly, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere within the fitness facility, ensuring all guests feel comfortable and motivated to participate. Stay Informed and Educated: Keep up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, industry developments, and certifications. Continuously expand personal knowledge to provide guests with the best and most current fitness guidance.   Qualifications: Certification: Possession of a nationally recognized fitness instructor certification. Experience: Proven experience in conducting fitness classes and working with diverse groups of individuals. Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is advantageous. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate guests. Guest Service: Strong guest service skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages.
