As an Office Administrator, you will manage day-to-day office operations, handle diverse administrative tasks, support a positive and efficient work environment, and contribute to dynamic projects that drive organizational success.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Complete a wide range of workplace&nbsp;facility and building management services such as asset management, engineering, building and maintenance services, cleaning services and contracts, mail delivery and logistics and/or storage services, etc.</li><li>Execute/oversee the purchasing, maintenance and disposal of company&nbsp;assets in line with Arηs Group, Part of Accenture and local policy.</li><li>Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue inspections, catering, transportation, manage event budgets, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines and collaborate with external meetings and events vendors.</li><li>Oversee fleet management services and third-party vendors, ensuring operational compliance to policies, budgets, contracts and guidelines.</li><li>Carry out instructions for security, fire, health and safety and maintain records.</li><li>Receive, review and allocate invoices for the location and/or supplier, including resolving billing issues with vendor and escalating issues as needed.</li><li>Problem-solve by drawing on knowledge of other departments utilizing network of contacts.</li><li>Provide space and service support.</li><li>Take care of business and office administration regular tasks</li></ul>QualificationWHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality Studies, Social Studies are considered the most relevant</li><li>A minimum of 3 years’ experience in office operations</li><li>Strong Microsoft Office skills</li><li>Fluency in English (verbal &amp; written)</li><li>Customer-oriented attitude and culture</li></ul>WHAT´S IN IT FOR YOU?<ul><li>We value your contribution, which is why we offer a competitive and attractive salary package.</li><li>Your wellbeing is our priority – from day one, you are covered by a comprehensive health insurance plan.</li><li>Benefit from a convenient meal allowance provided through a ticket restaurant card.</li><li>Take part in impactful projects that make a difference at both the national and European level.</li><li>Continue to grow with us through in-house training sessions and a wide range of online learning opportunities.</li><li>Join a collaborative culture where we regularly celebrate achievements and milestones together.</li></ul>
