Your day to day will include: Collaborating with key stakeholders in the development of reward strategies and CRM calendars Assisting in the analysis of available customer databases to identify trends and characteristics for targeting purposes Performing customer analysis to define target groups for campaigns Proposing optimization & enhancements on the campaign management tool Proposing offers to relevant segments based on lifecycle (reactivation, retention, upsell/ cross sell) Monitoring the campaigns roll-out and execution (i.e., messages delivery, bonus rewarded) Tracking campaigns’ performance and CRM expenses, presenting results and insights Identifying CRM trends and recommending adaptations to enhance campaign effectiveness Providing business cases for proposed campaigns to define budgets and expected uplifts What you need to succeed: BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, or other relevant field 4+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role within a fast-paced organization Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM tools (Siebel CRM, Unica, Responsys, Optimove) is preferable Familiarity with statistical tools (ie. SPSS Modeler) Understanding of sophisticated customer segmentation & experience on defining segmented campaigns Effective organizational and planning skills Business Acumen Analytical skills Strong attention to detail Team player Ability to work under pressure and deliver with high quality within strict timeframes Strong communication and presentation skills both in Greek and English languages Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in MS Excel What’s in it for you? We are seeking a vibrant and quick-thinking “Content Creator” to join our successful Marketing team. You have a challenging mission for: Crafting content for the social media platforms of Nova. We are looking for a colleague who expresses creativity through visual and textual content, capable of conveying dynamic telecommunications concepts in creative and engaging manner. Your role will be crucial in creating innovative and compelling social media content that attracts and engages the Gen Z audience. What will you do: Develop content aligned with SoMe strategy across all SoMe platforms considering and adapting it to their “native” style. Implement content strategy by leading full-scale creative production and placement of all kinds of creative pieces across SoMe. Owning the TOPICs of content of each our core product groups and ensure delivery of interesting & engagement content in off and in-campaign periods. Give input to the the editorial calendar with SoMe Team & Digital Performance team to shape the best flow of stories according to priority and profile of each SoMe. Shaping and guarding Brand Tone-of-Voice in each media in order to drive organic reach, engagement, and relevance for Gen Z audience. Follow the latest trends and implement them consistently in our own execution. Leading 1 Videographer/MotionDesigner to build coherent and consistent brand image. Searching and implementing Best-practices and “tools” to further boost both quantity, quality and speed of content pieces production and placement. Competitors and TelCo content monitoring in order to gain better understanding of “the general pool of topics” and what would both differentiate and make us more relevant It would be great if you have: Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Digital Creative Director, Copywriter or similar role. A portfolio in a Content Manager role or a similar position Creativity and the ability to generate new and engaging content ideas. Ability to deliver content from 0 to end. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with careful attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms.
