Εμπειρία σε άλλη εταιρεία που ασχολείται με την μόδα / διακόσμηση. Visual instinct & δημιουργική σκέψη. DUTIES - Ως Εσωτερικός Διακοσμητής θα είσαι υπεύθυνος για την εικόνα, το στήσιμο του καταστήματος, την καθημερινή αναπλήρωση των προϊόντων και την διατήρηση των υψηλών standards του image της εταιρείας. - Θα έχεις άριστη γνώση των trends, θα αναλύεις τον ανταγωνισμό και το feedback των προϊόντων. - Θα αναλύεις τις πωλήσεις & θα δημιουργείς στρατηγικές προώθησης των σωστών εμπορευμάτων. - Στα πρωινά meetings θα παρουσιάζεις τα νέα προϊόντα, θα μοιράζεσαι τις αναλύσεις και τις αλλαγές με την ομάδα. - Θα υποστηρίζεις σε διαδικασίες του Store Manager αλλά και σε άλλες λειτουργίες του καταστήματος όταν χρειάζεται.  ΤΙ ΠΡΟΣΦΕΡΟΥΜΕ Οι ώρες της σύμβασης για τη συγκεκριμένη θέση είναι 40 ώρες ανά εβδομάδα (σύμβαση πλήρους απασχόλησης). Εκτός από έναν ανταγωνιστικό μισθό, θα έχεις έκπτωση 25% για όλες τις αγορές σου σε οποιαδήποτε από τις αλυσίδες μας στην Ελλάδα. Ένα ολοκληρωμένο πρόγραμμα εκπαίδευσης για τη θέση.
