ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:We are seeking to recruit a&nbsp;Procurement Buyer&nbsp;for&nbsp;Logistics and Supply Chain categories; This role will lead and execute sourcing and buying activities of supply chain categories across countries of the Business Unit (BU) as well as deliver and optimize service levels provided to internal customers for the specific categories across all countries of the Business Unit, in alignment with the BU&nbsp;Indirect Procurement Manager – Logistics &amp; SC. ABOUT YOU IN THIS ROLE:Criteria for success:<ul><li>I have strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills</li><li>I have commercial awareness and business acumen</li><li>I am highly energetic, enthusiastic with drive for results</li><li>I have excellent planning and organizing skills</li><li>I have analysis &amp; synthesis skills and strong financial acumen</li><li>I can manage risks within complex operations</li><li>I have knowledge of SC &amp; Procurement Practices</li></ul> Qualifiers:<ul><li>Previous 2-3 year experience in Supply Chain / Procurement,&nbsp;&nbsp;with a successful track record and development potential</li><li>Appropriate Purchasing Skill Set: Analytical Mind, Good Negotiation Skills &amp; Good Presentation Skills</li><li>Degree in Business Economics or Engineering or related field</li><li>MSc in relevant field&nbsp;&nbsp;or MBA is considered an asset</li><li>Excellent English language skills – written &amp; spoken</li><li>Experience in SAP, other ERP system with focus on Purchasing is considered an asset.</li></ul> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Responsible for sourcing strategy development in relevant Categories in line with Functions’ operational requirements according to organization’s 7-step-sourcing project development model, identify business need, market analysis, sourcing, negotiating, contracting and managing transition to deliver value and productivity benefits</li><li>Establish strong relationships with Functions to allow proactive procurement involvement&nbsp;&nbsp;and support Functions with market insights and best sourcing practices that drive innovation</li><li>Alignment with Functions to ensure joint approach for budget preparation in line with organization’s timeline</li><li>Monitor procurement savings in relation to country BP/RE and depict in relevant Category spend report</li><li>Collaborate with other business units and other parts of the Coca-Cola System to identify and implement opportunities</li><li>Support LM in implementing Category sourcing strategies at BU level and act as owner for the Category (Support and manage category strategies with excellence: optimization of supply base, enhance competition among suppliers, introduce a new supplier selection process)</li><li>Supplier Relationships Management in alignment with SPM and LM</li><li>Document all sourcing and buying decisions in line with policies and guidelines and obtain all required approvals/ signs off on timely basis</li><li>Contract Management and master data update</li><li>Ensure &amp; follow-up actions regarding compliance and audit</li><li>Maintain procurement documentation in tools &amp; systems (eg Ariba, SAP, Tender Plan, e sourcing etc.)</li><li>Follow-up on claim management process</li><li>Highlight best practices</li></ul> Our goal is to create the right environment in which all our employees will feel that they belong to a big family and will have the opportunity to be inspired and develop continuously.&nbsp;At Coca-Cola HBC, we are an inclusive employer that thrives on diversity. Indirect Procurement Buyer (Logistics & Supply Chain)
