We work together to shape the future of energy and we focus on developing and empowering our people, cultivating their talents that will shape our future journey towards the energy transition.<h2>Starting with the role:</h2>We are searching to hire an&nbsp;Accountant (Fixed Term)&nbsp;for efficient, timely and accurate processing of accounting tasks to join our team.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Record accounting transactions (i.e., revenue, expenses, fixed assets, payroll, receivables, myDATA) in accordance with relevant statutory regulations</li><li>Track assets’ depreciation and monitor fixed asset register</li><li>Monitor and ensure that accounting tasks (accounts payables, receivables, etc.) are performed as per established policies and processes (i.e., processing and verification of invoices, accounts reconciliation, performing accounting entries and cost centers update)</li><li>Prepare year-end journal entries, month-end closing activities, as well as quarterly financial statements (BPC files)</li><li>Prepare monthly VAT returns and monthly/ quarterly tax obligations (i.e., withholding tax returns, stamp duty returns, list of agreements, etc.)</li><li>Prepare accounting reports and statistical data requests</li><li>Process&nbsp;and review aging analysis to ensure compliance to accounting standards</li><li>Perform master data management for accounting related matters</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>BSc degree in Economics or Accounting</li><li>3-5 years of experience at Accounting functions (C’ books category)</li><li>Very good understanding of Accounting, IFRS and transaction Hellenic tax code (KFAS)</li><li>Good experience in ERP systems</li><li>Fluency in English (verbal and written proficiency)</li><li>Very good knowledge on MS Office tools</li><li>Accounting license (preferable – non-compulsory)&nbsp;</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Team spirit</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Our Compass is the #ACTION#A_uthenticity#C_ompassion#T_eamwork#I_ntegrity#O_wnership#N_ever giving up&nbsp;&nbsp;What gives us energy:<ul><li>Friendly and fast paced environment, being always at the heart of the #action</li><li>Continuous learning to empower our teams</li><li>Career Development opportunities across the Motor Oil Group</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;*We @Motor Oil Group are an equal opportunity employer.Our hiring decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs. Our primary objective is to always provide a comprehensive service to both domestic and commercial consumers and our top priority is to create relationships of trust with our employees, customers and partners.<h2>Starting with the role:</h2>We are currently searching to hire a Store Salesperson (12 month contract)&nbsp;to join our&nbsp;Sales team&nbsp;at&nbsp;Thessaloniki.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Serve&nbsp;existing and new clientele&nbsp;and give information of company products and services</li><li>Promote&nbsp;and sell&nbsp;electricity and natural gas packages</li><li>Check&nbsp;product stock and replenishment with the direction of the Store Manager</li><li>Handle&nbsp;product delivery and warehouse organisation</li><li>Monitor cash register and credit transactions</li><li>Be responsible for store hygiene</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration&nbsp;or other related field</li><li>Experience in store management&nbsp;will be preferred</li><li>Experience in customer management systems will be considered an asset</li><li>Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel &amp; PowerPoint</li><li>Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)</li></ul>
