Talent Acquisition Partner (maternity cover)

The Credit Management Specialist will contribute to the smooth collaboration and operational excellence between the GBS (Global Business Services) organization and the Market by liaising, raising awareness and propose actions across all elements of Credit/ Risk management. Actively supporting the local Credit Manager on an Operational and Strategic level to promote business growth while enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of Credit processes and policies to minimize Risk.&nbsp;What you will do:<ul><li>Prepare data for Seasonal Reviews / run ad-hoc credit reviews and ensure accuracy of Credit Data.</li><li>Support with the external rating agency (D&amp;B) either through online portal or with local representative.</li><li>Highlight issues with conversion and escalate/suggest actions as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Building relationships with Customers, Organising internal and external</li></ul>meetings and preparation as required.<ul><li>Liaise with GBS (Global Business Services) Credit teams on Market priorities and operations providing support and guidance where required in alignment with Market Credit Manager.</li><li>Management of Bank Guarantees &amp; Security Deposits. Credit Analyst SEE & Italy (Temporary 12-Month Contract)

The Order to Cash Collections Analyst will form part of a virtual Global O2C Collections team reporting under the Global O2C Collections Director, Jennifer Strecker. The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance of activities such as Customer Collections and dunning, customer account management, query and dispute management. Completion of these activities will ensure that F&amp;GBS continue to support the achievement of working capital objectives and Leadership amongst other key stakeholders will have access to timely, accurate, and complete Order to Cash information. Process adjustments/write off balances (non-ADA: FX, bank charges, residuals, etc.), manage default accounts (US only) and provide guidance to Cash application on offsets and payment application where required.&nbsp;</li><li>Refund issuance (review, obtain approvals, and confirm).&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to AR KPI reporting &amp; analysis on performance of AR ledger.&nbsp;</li><li>Research and support resolution of open disputes.
