Our client is a dynamic and growing technology consultancy specializing in the design and implementation of data-driven solutions for enterprise clients across various industries. They foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment, encouraging their&nbsp; people to continuously evolve while contributing to impactful projects.Role &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and implementation of Databases, Data Warehouses, and BI solutions.</li><li>Development and optimization of ETL/ELT processes (e.g., SSIS or equivalent tools).</li><li>User training on BI solutions and best practices in Data Warehousing.</li><li>Preparation of technical and functional documentation (specifications, manuals, runbooks).</li><li>Supervision of production systems post-implementation: monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Analysis of business processes and client requirements.</li><li>Collaboration with existing and potential clients to identify needs and propose appropriate IT solutions.</li><li>Contribution to the overall growth of the company and enhancement of team processes.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of professional experience with Microsoft SQL Server &amp; Analysis Services (SSAS), Postgres DB.</li><li>3+ years of experience with Integration Services (SSIS) or similar ETL tools.</li><li>Proven expertise in SQL/RDBMS topics: performance tuning (indexes, execution plans), partitioning, data warehousing (star/snowflake), backup &amp; server maintenance.</li><li>Solid understanding of OLAP/cube architecture and normalization.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English (spoken and written).</li><li>Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Targit BI).</li><li>Knowledge of Python or C# for data automation/orchestration.</li><li>Experience drafting technical specifications and participating in RFPs/proposals.</li><li>Collaboration with Sales teams in presales activities, presentations, and RFP processes.</li><li>Participation in client meetings/presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).</li></ul>
