The primary objective of the role is to resolve technical issues at the customer's premises, aiming for the immediate restoration of service and the delivery of high-quality support, ensuring a positive customer experience.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>Identify and report technical issues related to service faults</li><li>Resolve technical problems and customer requests promptly and professionally</li><li>Collaborate with Engineers, Team Leaders, and other Departments to mitigate risks and improve operational performance</li><li>Promote Vodafone products and services to enhance the overall customer experience</li></ul>Who you are<ul><li>Experience in a technical support department (optional)</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Customer-oriented mindset</li><li>Problem-solving abilities</li><li>Initiative, responsibility, and a sense of urgency</li><li>Adaptability and ability to prioritize tasks and respond to changing needs</li><li>Knowledge of fixed telephony products and services</li></ul>&nbsp;Technical/Professional Qualifications<ul><li>Degree or Certification from a Technological Institute or relevant technical school</li><li>Good command of Greek and English (both spoken and written)</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)</li><li>Previous experience as a Field Technician will be considered as a plus (but not required)</li><li>Understanding of xDSL technologies (POTS/VoIP) will be also considered as a plus (but not required)</li></ul>Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
