Responsibilities Oversee the daily pastry operations and ensure high-quality standards are met. Participate in menu planning and execute dessert items promptly. Develop new and exciting desserts for our menus. Manage the pastry section of the kitchen, liaising with the executive and sous chefs to ensure a successful working environment. Meet with clients to discuss custom-made desserts and pastries for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays. Ensure the pastry section adheres to all safety and health regulations. Identify staffing needs, and supervise and train new pastry assistants and bakers when necessary. Έλεγχος ποιότητας πρώτων υλών και προδιαγραφών. Πλήρη γνώση του μενού, των συνταγών του πόστου, των μεθόδων παραγωγής και την παρουσίαση τους, σύμφωνα με τα Brand standards της εταιρείας. Επίλυση προβλημάτων και ικανοποίηση ιδιαίτερων αιτημάτων πελατών. Γνώση και τήρηση διαδικασιών παρασκευής γευμάτων για αλλεργίες και διατροφικές ανάγκες. Δυνατότητα ολοκλήρωσης των αρμοδιοτήτων, με συνέπεια στα χρονικά πλαίσια που έχουν οριστεί για την ολοκλήρωση των στόχων του τμήματος. Να οργανώνει, καθοδηγεί και να μοιράζει αρμοδιότητες στην ομάδα σύμφωνα με τις καθημερινές ανάγκες.
